Our SMS services are through www.Leopardfortrading.com; using our special Web Interface with complete features (Agent, Normal users) & solutions, or build your applications based on our API’s Link.
In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this agreement, customer and company hereby agree as follow:
a – Workflow Activities, Services & Support
1- ID’s Registration
· ID’s mean the originator of the SMS which appear on the top/button of the Mobile message.
· Registration of STATIC ID’s is subject of the deontologic code proposed by the Ministry of Telecommunication
· ID’s Length should not exceed 11 characters.
· Registration time is 48 working hours.
· Registration process is free of charge. More than one ID could be registered under one Account.
· Leopard For Trading reserves the right to reject any ID’s that does not meet the company policy.
2 – SMS Software Implementation – Account creation & Services.
· Leopard For Trading provides you with a Web Interface that enable broadcasting Inbox SMS either Locally or Internationally.
· Leopard For Trading provides you with a free updates on the Web Interface.
· The Installation and the Configuration of your SMS Software (which is a process of creating a new client account) is an express approval of using the system under Leopard For Trading condition and stipulation.
· The system to be able to broadcast the SMS shall have an Internet connection outlet.
· Leopard For Trading is not responsible for the Internet Connection.
· The SMS Software admits a multi-station having Internet Connection outlet.
· The SMS Software admits receiving multiple SMS concatenated in one text.
· The SMS Software manages multi User's Access Namely Master Account (Agent, Sub Agent) under one
Unique Account Management. The AGENT user have full control on their Sub-Agents' Data Base.
· The SMS Software provides a Pop Up Screen showing all subscribers having the Birthday Date. Such Service has the ability to Auto sending customized SMS for those subscribers appeared in the user Interface without logged in.
· The SMS Software has full manageable criteria, Messages History, Detailed History, Managing own Subscribers, Groups, etc.
· The SMS Software combines in Unique Management; the Web Interface and/or the API Link.
· The SMS can be customized & tailor made (Collection, Notification, Announcement, Advertisement, etc).
· Unlimited and Life Time Data Storage for both, Managed Subscribers, Manage & Detailed History.
· MMS is available and has the ability to send Multimedia Message along with a specified Text.
· Worldwide SMS Network Coverage: Up to 100 Countries, and Up to 300 Operators.
· Mass Emails are provided covering Lebanon country through categorized Domains; (emails addresses)
3 – Training – Service & Support
· Leopard For Trading provides one time Onsite training on how to operate such Software and/or Web
Interface as well as on how to access the Database.
· Leopard For Trading provides Online support during working hours.
4– System Refill & Operation
· Client has the ability to choice between different packages of refill provided by Leopard For Trading.
· System will show at anytime the available ID’s, available SMS.
5 – Web and E-Shop SMS Integration- API Link
· Client has the ability to integrate systematically the SMS into the Web Site Applications either Corporate or E-Commerce, while any other special notifications are able to apply.
6 – 4 Digits Services.
6.1 Services.
· Leopard For Trading provides the 4 digits Services & Support; Voting, Download Ring Tones,
Mobile Back Ground, Raise funding, etc.
· The 4 Digits is based on short code such as 4 Digits restricted for Lebanon Country and 8 Digits restricted for worldwide countries (Gulf Countries, Europe, USA, etc) in condition such Foreign Countries’ subscribers having the roaming services.
· The 4/8 Digits numbers either Lebanese or Foreign are defined while the deal is done.
· The government fees based on each SMS sent, mainly 40% from the Raise Funding, otherwise an application shall be presented to the Ministry of communications C/O Leopard For Trading prior acting the service for decreasing the fees in condition that such donation is reserved to humanities community. (Application shall be sent to Leopard For Trading explaining their goal).
· Leopard For Trading provides a Real Time access to our Data Base for conducting the Refundable SMS according to the donation Numbers.
6.2 Fees
· Leopard For Trading accredited a monthly basis fees; Lebanon is costing $300/Month and all worldwide countries is $1,500.-/Month whatever the SMS traffic held on your Business.
· The fees to be paid for the Ministry of Telecommunications from the Raise Funding are mainly amounted 40% from the total donation.
· Leopard For Trading has a share from the remaining percentage such as 15% from the 60% benefits.
· The refundable amount will be collected after 45 to 50 Days from the Ministry of Telecommunications, restricted payment and benefits to the customers.
6.3 SMS Fees
· The SMS Campaign held prior the starting of the raise funding is strictly and totally separated property of Leopard For Trading monetary value.
· Leopard For Trading provides the 4 digits Services & Support; Voting, Download Ring Tones,
Mobile Back Ground, etc.
7 – Geographic’s Broadcasting Services.
· Leopard For Trading provides their clients with an online Geo Broadcast SMS.
(The clients have to specify the Geographic point, than any mobile come about, an SMS welcomed)
b – Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:
1. Leopard For Trading shall not be liable for any claim based on the use of any equipment or software in combination with any other equipment or software or with modifications made by the Customer.
2. Leopard For Trading will ensure confidentiality of customer data and will not disclose by any means the content of data handled by its employees to any third party nor will it save it or use it for any beneficial and commercial purpose unless agreed explicitly with the customer.
3. This Agreement covers performing the duties only recommended & provided by Leopard For Trading and mentioned by the Scope of Work; otherwise the suppliers are to be in charge for installing and completing any additional requested equipment by the customer. Hardware is the Customer's sole responsibility.
4. It's expressly agreed that the SMS contents and context is the sole responsibility of the client, Leopard For Trading does not hold any responsibility of any misuse, and in such case the company has the right to block SMS destined to third party, either if sent by error or by purpose, when not abide by the deontology code nor to the public order.
5. The company shall, in no way be held responsible if SMS sending is interrupted by any technical failure, subsequently is expressly agreed that the company shall not be asked for any damages to settle any prejudice of any kind, even undergone by the client or by any of its own customers as a result.
6. The client expressly understands, that the maximum of characters set is 153 for LATIN, thus, as for other language will be less than this, such as 67 characters for ARABIC, and even less than the bespoke length will be considered as one message.
7. Leopard For Trading shall make all reasonable efforts to insure the recipient receives the SMS sent by the client.
8. The company in case of service interrupting undertakes only to ensure the availability of the service within a reasonable time.
